EGO Digital Agency and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the term of the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed by EGO Digital Agency during the provision of services remains the property of EGO Digital Agency unless otherwise specified in writing.

EGO Digital Agency’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for services provided up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law principles.

EGO Digital Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or through our website.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between EGO Digital Agency and clients regarding the subject matter herein.
